[Closed] Cannot open exe

Hi, Iam having some serious issue with my computer. I am unable to open any antivirus program and run it. Even tried to install mbam-setup.exe but some reason it is getting installed. There is no response/action after i double click the setup exe file. Please assist me in getting things fixed. i will be up till midnite. your help is highly appreciated Thanks
