Hello, I'm having this same as Steve was on my desktop pc, also. The only difference is my connection. My source of connection is from AT&T and the name of the modem is SpeedStream; I'm not so sure about the coding. Can someone help me,please? I don't know if this is helpful but on my cd drive it says 'HP Pavilion Slimline s7600n'
