PROBLEM WITH MOZILLA

hiiiiiii im new i have a problem with my mozilla i have firefox version 2.0.0.11 when i click on icon the message coming is "firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing FireFox process,or restart ur system" if i restart it its workig of 1 min and the same thing repeats can any body help me

Hey welcome, as to your question try the following: On your keyboard hold down Ctrl +Alt + Del when task manager appears check to see that you only have 1 fire fox running also make sure you are the only person logged onto your comptuer. If that doesnt work uninstall firefox and reinstall it.

It's not really a big deal, many new user's post here with computer problems and we usually give them instructions for the correct forum for their problem, it's not really needed to move these sort of posts as far as I understand it. To be honest usually the instruction is a computer problem and new user's come to this area because it's easier to work out what it means, if that makes any sense.
