Recovery Panel may not be allowing both /f and /r in the same command
In Recovery Panel, you may have to run
chkdsk /f <—– run the full scan cycle
and then
chkdsk /r <— run the full scan cycle
This is thought to be "redundant" by some, but is the complete way to run chkdsk.

hi, me again, i had to quit the chk disk last night because my mum was shouting at me to go to bed =/ i just got back from school now though and turned my pc on and now its working fine, im going to do a virus scan with avg free now, is there anything else i should do?
Is it correct to believe that your original problem of not being able to completely boot into Windows Normally has been resolved?
Good that you are running a Full Computer Scan with your AntiVirus. (be sure to update the AntiVirus prior to scanning.) Also you may get a more complete scan if you do it in SAFE Mode.
Prior to running your Antivirus, or before you do it again, empty your Cookies and Temporary Internet Files (including offline files), and your C:\Temp <—items in that Folder
Run an online scan at TrendMicro
Housecall (will identify and fix items found)
Run an online scan at Panda
Panda Online scan (will identify items but won't fix them)
Run your Spybot S&D
If you do find any malware items, let us know what you got.
Just to be sure, run and post a HJT. <—please post in Malware Removal Forum, but give us the "link" here.
Run the Full Tests at http://www.pcpitstop.com
