Can anyone help with this problem. In work there is a guy using MS Outlook 97 and he wants to save the actual text as a .doc file so he can read it in word. Problem is, when he clicks save as in Outlook 97, it only lets him save as HTML, Rich file and TXT. So basically, i'm asking if anyone knows how to save his emails as .doc's so he can read them in MS Word 97. Thanks, Bizzy B)

Word '97 will open/read/save in .rtf and .txt file formats If he wants the text to be in .doc format he'll have to Copy and Paste into a "new" .doc and then save in Word. Best Regards

yeah i was thinking that. I tried everything, even changing the file associations..... I think doing that to every email he wants is stupid personally. Thanks alot for the reply Dough. :)
