Frustrated

I understand that the forums gets swamped with HJT logs and only so many people can manage them at a time. I also respect that they are donig this as a volunteer. But I'm just really frustrated because the first time I posted one I waited 20 days and nothing. I posted again in the "reply here if no response in 5 days thread" and nothing. I posted another log again waited 8 days, and now I can't even find the thread (I have Track this topic selected). is there any other places online to get help with HJT logs?
