why no help[?

I posted a HJT log two days ago and then another log asking for help on this and have had no replies and only 6 people have looked, am I doing something wrong?

The forum is very busy as you can see. The volunteer helpers do the best they can getting to all logs in a reasonable time but there are sometimes too many logs and not enough helpers.
