I recently installed software for two cheap ($19) digital cameras. The software was by Arcsoft, so I thought it was reliable. Immediately after installation, my CDRW, DVD ROM, and Modem failed to work. I got an Error Code 39 – driver corrupted. Any ideas on a cause or cure? Also, I tried to uninstall the software, and it won't let me.
