am new user, and understand that the experts here might help with a malfunctioning Internet Explorer 6.x , inside Win2k (all fixes,etc) IE wont accept the 'Admin' permissions i've assigned to it , often failing to accomplish some task with " ... security settings wont let yo do that..." and, when i attempt to install Adobe's Elements 2.0 , the install returns: " Elements requires that you have IE 4.0 or higher ... will now exit" when in fact, IE 6 is up and running! any help appreciated , on what is probably a complicated problem jon
