been having loads of computer problems recently 1)sometimes the power doesn't charge up … i press the power button the red light flashes then goes off 2) crashes very easily especially when im multi tasking wasnt like this before this is usually followed by problem 3 when i try to power off and then on to try and restart the computer 3) where there is a beep sound when i start the computer (or restart if its a continuation of Q2) its now around 4-5 beeps after which the computer stops and the power lights keep on flashing. there is no screen all this while so far seems like when Q3 happens trying to push the ram cards a bit tighter into the slots and then restarting it works. i need several tries though Q1 … i off the power supply and on again repeatly to get it to start would actually prefer to carry it down to the computer shops for them to do a check but the problem doesnt always occur … and if it doesnt i may well have made a wasted trip and ended up being ripped off  any help appreciated
What kind of BIOS is in this computer and how many/what kind of beeps exaclty are you getting? Depeding on the BIOS, the beeps can be long/short or a combination of the two. Knowing the BIOS manufacturer and the exact beep code you are getting would help a lot. Do the crashes have any kind of consistency to them or are they random? Sounds like you have a possible hardware issue. Might be bad RAM from your description. Possibly Power Supply.
