After deleting a file which i want it to be deleted.it comes back after i restart my computer.how do i totaly remove this file from my computer and prevent it from returning?

Might be an infection skizziks.
Download HijackThis from here. Extract(unzip) it to its own folder. Run the program. Press the Do a system scan and save a log file button. Once done. notepad will open up.
Copy/Paste the entire contents of that log into a new post here: http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showforum=27

try finding out what type of file it is, then i would usually google it and find a removal tutorial which really works but gotta watch out on what u delete
