I'm having trouble with the defrag task. Using Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2. When attempting to analyze, I get this error message: Disk defragmenter cannot continue prescan because there is corruption in the file: C:\Documents and Settings\Kids\ Local Settings\TEMP\WER13E.tmp.dir00 Anyone have any suggestions?

Hmm.. well first lets make sure that theres no spyware/malware issue.. Down load Hijack this here
and scan but do not fix anything yet. Save the scan to a log and post it in a new thread in hijack this logs and problems. Being were it says it the error is at, it looks like maybe the "kids" user name may have contracted a baddie.
