My Gaming Pop-up Windows Have Shrunk

My dad recently downloaded Microsoft SP2 and now when I play internet games the pop up window is like 5x smaller, which means a lot of the game is cut out including the login screen so I can't play. I hope someone can help me get the windows back to their original size because this is really burning me off.
