Windows 10 desktop pc will not sleep

Recently my PC refuses to sleep.  It worked fine until the latest update (1809). Update 1901 also installed recently, but it was wrong prior to this.

It is set to automatically sleep after 20 minutes but this never happens.

Furthermore, if I choose the sleep option from START, it goes to sleep but immediately wakes up again.

Can you help please?
