Hello, my wireless keyboard and mouse all of a sudden stopped working. I've changed the batteries and it's still not working. Can you walk me through how to resync please?

If the info there does not help you to resolve the issue;
Please check that the keyboard and mouse are showing in the Device Manager and try the receiver in an alternative USB port.
