Browser Favorites Transfer To Windows 10 Explorer

I am now running Windows 10 on one of my computers and want to transfer my favorites from my Windows 7 (Firefox) browser to Explorer on the Windows 10. "Easy Transfer" is not available on Windows 10. Copy and pasting all my favorites using Word would be very time consuming. I am sure their's a way to do it but can't find an answer anywhere. Any suggestions?

Export your Bookmarks (no favorites with Firefox) to a html file: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer

Import them into IE: http://www.tekrevue.com/tip/import-bookmarks-ie11/
