Hello tech I have a HT VIDIDBOX NW03 I lost my original CD with the code on can you help me out

1 exactly what the problem is that you are experiencing, and when does it occur?

2 What symptoms are you having, When did they start?

3 any error messages appearing? if so please post a screen dump or photo of them.

4 Make and model number of your computer; please advise

5 Operating system and level of service pack you are using?

6 What has changed recently on your computer?

7 Have you added or removed any hardware or software? (if so please give details)

8 Important, you have posted your question in a topic opened in our Meet and Greet forum…. please post your reply by opening a new topic in the appropriate forum…. for example if you think that its likely a hardware issue then posting your topic in the following forum, might get a better and swifter response:
