I have removed all old files for iTunes and Quick Time. I have downloaded the newest versions of both. When I click "open" for either to install I get the extraction bar showing files are extracting from download but then once the extraction is complete the bar goes away and nothing. Neither program is in my Add/Remove on Control Panel. What could be wrong, please? Thank you
