I was getting bluetooth notifications so i tried to fix this and ended up with no internet. What can i do to regain it?

Dell's key board is such that F2 is the BIOS, F8 is set up and repair and F12 is for once only boot order.
I needed to tap F2 to gain access to the BIOS but forgot to notice the little "intenet tower" on the key. I left the internet off. Then wondered what I could have done to lose internet when it was right there under my nose.
The key that gains one at a time boot order is what led me to ask you before if I could use it when powering up to set boot order to dvd as the first one.Someone else felt that I could.
I now undertsand why setting it in the BIOS is the right way to do it.
