:pullhair: I'm sorry that this is in the wrong forum but I'm going crazy with frustration. I had a sign on - alantb - and I have a problem which is being addressed very capably by Oldman960. I can't get in to reply to him. My password doesn't work. After 2 or three days I got the change password message (not in ten minutes as is claimed). This still doesn't work. I've emailed support, I've tried uncounted times to get a new password. I don't know what is going wrong and my original problem - which has rendered two PC's unusable - is still unfixed.
PLEASE will a real person contact me. I know that you are trying to help but somehow, somewhere we are failing to communicate.
