tsstcorp cddvdw ts-l633a won't read dvds, keeps ejecting them. ple

i'm trying to install microsoft office 2007 on my satellite l305-s5915, but everytime i try loading the dvd, the cd-dvd-w drive (tsstcorp cddvdw ts-l633a) keeps ejecting it. i've tried reinstalling the sata ahci controller driver. that didn't work. then i reinstalled the drivers to the cddvd-w drive. that worked once, but then i had to reinstall office 2007 afterwhich it started ejecting the dvd again. i'm now out of options. can somebody please help me with this issue?

Does it eject every disc? If so, replace the drive. Does it eject only the office disc? If so, replace the disc.
