I suspect that the images I edit on my PC might be appearing darker when people view them on the internet, though I'm not sure if that's the fault of the other monitors I checked them out on (nobody ever reports anything…).

I've googled this temporary page that has some rough calibration images. Is it a reasonably accurate way to test my monitor? (for lack of proper tools anyway)
