I just got a new 19" Lcd monitor.Ive noticed that when I change websites or hit different buttons(back,close,etc)The screen blacks out for 1 or 2 seconds then goes on back to normal.Is this an adjustment issue or something else?.It is very annoying!!! The monitor is the dcl9a and can be found at www.dclcd.com

Did you get an install disc with the monitor? You may need to update the driver.
