It appears, from your log, that those were the only two anti-virus products you had installed. Please confirm that with me. Once the two products are removed, try your USB flash drive and CD-Roms. Once determining if they work or not, please reinstall the anti-virus product you were currently using (and only one, bitdefender and nod32 do not run together). Once the anti-virus product has been reinstalled, and your system has been restarted, then attach a new system log so I can see if those particular errors are still present.

will do tonight, right now im leaveing to the unviersity and have classes and work until this night (-4 CTM)
nod32/eset is currently installed, and bit defender was installed long time ago for just a day, the program was so heavy, that it couldnt run in the computer(idk why) and then when i tryied to uninstall it, just at the end of the ending of the uninstallation, the computer used to stop working, so i kinda forcedly removed it, thats why perhaps it still appears on the regist, but the program itself as the kernel of it its gone, so i doubt part of it is causeing a problem. Still, when I arrive ill do as you say, again, thanks for the help!
Mate, im here at the university, wanted to ask you something, cause I really dont want to, since Ive got so many programs installed on the c:\ drive right now, but im running out of time to fix this, but just in case, if I choose to format the drive where my windows xp is, would this solve the problem?
when i use the bit defender tool to unistall, i click Uninstall, does a couple of things kinda quickly, and then gets to deleat shortcuts(theres none), and then nothing else happens but on "current status" of the uninstallation procces, the window itself says: "Performing Uninstall … please wait" and its been near an hour now…
kinda the same happend when i uninstalled it, so i deleated the file where the program was… (wasnt the smartest solution i know).
I dont know but, before this rootkit and such, my usb drives where working fine, altho this bit defender wasnt 100% uninstalled properly
PD: so far the only thing its bothering me about the virus, or the only way i know its there. Its cause every usb disk i plug, it says its without format, when it has one.
and it seems to block my msn from conecting. But the rest seems ok, changeing the view of files from hidden/system files, works, and i can download and install and update any program OK
Your first run of Combofix doesn't show removing the Autorun.inf, so it wasn't there to begin with.

totally agree, the usbs didnt work then, but, then after trying to remove the virus, i got tired and conected the cd player (ide conection),cause i was about to format my computer, and the CD was working.
cant really recall at what point it stopped working, since i did so many things so fast and i wasnt pending on the cd player
I decided to format, i got sick of it, and i needed to use my cd and usb drives asap for a homework.
Thanks everyone for you help, time, and patience on trying to fix this.
Bummer.
Thanks for letting us know what you've decided to do.
Otherwise, we might still be researching and worrying.
Give us a quick post when you are up and running again… hopefully with all components functional.
Best Regards
