I recently un-installed the myweb search toolbar, because I was getting controlling pop-ups. After the un-installation, I'm no longer able to connect to the internet with IE or Firefox. I'm able to use aim or windows live messenger, so I think I am connected, but I can't figure out what the problem is. :pullhair:

I tried this and I'm still not able to connect. I've posted a log in the hijackthis forum, so this thread can be closed. Thanks!

No problem, Talullah! Unfortunately, your HJT log show your system is infected, but don't worry someone will help you to clean your system. Good luck!
