For the past 2-3 weeks my computer keeps "freezing" every 10-20 minutes. It will be working fine and then the connection will just stop working in all the windows I have running. While it "freezes" the tabs say its loading and it lasts for approx 1-3 minutes. It seems to always do it after I have taken a quick break, but it also does it when I haven't stepped away. When I open up task manager while the problem is happening it shows that the CPU usage is at 100, and the task manager screen usually takes some time to open up itself. I run firefox if that is of any help. I am quite computer stupid so please forgive me if I don't explain things properly. Any ideas on what might be going on as well as solutions to fix it?
Thanx,
Steve
I did exactly what you told me to do and I haven't gotten a response back. I used this website a few years ago and it was very helpful and I always got a fast response. In the main page where the new topics get posted it shows that almost everyone else who posted at the the same time as me, and even way after have gotten some kind of response. I'm not at all trying to be impatient because I love this site and think all you guys are great, I just want to make sure it isn't something I have done wrong. If it is simply an issue of all the tech team being busy and backed up I totally understand have no problem waiting for my turn. If you could send me a quick response to let me know if everything is ok I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for everything.

Hi Stevie d,
You have correctly posted your problem in the HJT Infections and removal Forum.
It is not uncommon to experience a wait prior to receiving a first reply of assistance.
The Malware Removal specialists will have spent some of that time researching your Log and current problem statement.
Please be patient.
Best Regards
P.S. You apparently did post two Threads.
Either the two will become merged or one will be removed.
Again, no problem, a moderator will take care of that for you.
