Internet keeps "freezing"

For the past 2-3 weeks my computer keeps "freezing" every 10-20 minutes. It will be working fine and then the connection will just stop working in all the windows I have running. While it "freezes" the tabs say its loading and it lasts for approx 1-3 minutes,and then after it runs fine. It seems to always do it after I have taken a quick break, but it also does it every 10-20 minutes no matter what. When I open up the task manager window it takes some time to open up and it shows that my CPU usage is at 100% but when everything is running fine it opens right up and shows a very small number % for CPU usage. I have Windows XP and use Firefox. I am somewhat computer dumb so forgive me if I don't explain things properly. Below is a copy of the hijackthis log and I hope I have done everything correctly and have posted in the right section. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
