MS office update

Hi Guys. Yesterday I had trouble trying to update Office, I'm told to allow ActiveX to run for updates but it keeps going back to the information bar and allow ActiveX to runagain. how do I make AX to run, I also had an error during the day which said I reqire SKUO11.CAB. I don't have a OS for Office or Win Pro. as everything was preinstalled. I am in 2 forums here at the moment with other problems. Thanks foe your time and help. Ed.
