Unpartition my d drive

My c drive is 9 gig and only has 300 or so MB left on it and i can't even install my updates. I have gotten rid of everything i can spare on my c drive and put the rest onto my d drive. Is there some way I can merge the d and the c drive together to make a usable drive with out doing a system reinstall? This is a notebook computer that is my daughters. Runs win xp pro. Well done, glad you got it fixed and the partitions altered to suit. Now the partitions on your daughter's machine are exactly as you want them to be and the machine is running fast and smooth maybe it's time to consider taking a disc image( and keeping it safe on external media). In the event of further trouble that cannot be fixed (in an economic or timely way) by the usual means, it will be a quick, simple job to re-image your machine back to the day and time you took the image. There are a lot of good programs that can be used….DriveImage XML and Bart Preinstalled environment are free and will do the job…..if you want a paid for product ,then there's lots to choose from including Symantec, Paragon, Acronis etc. Regards paws
