Hi. Can you help me? On my hardrive i have two partitions-"C" and "D". Using Partition Magic 8.0, i wanted to free some space on "D" and allocate it to "C". The program starts by resizing "D", and thats where the problem is-I get an error saying "too many errors found, task will be aborted". I did not look through all the errors, bit alot were error 1608 and 1609. Can you help me?
Try running the windows check disk facility see if that helps
Open up a command prompt window - Go to start - Run - then type cmd
now type in the following chkdsk d: /f
let it run through and retry the partition magic see if it helps at all
