PC after clearance..

Hi……………………….. again my family PC has been pickin up a lot more trouble than previous and after clearing my PC (hooked up through it) and finding several annoying blights on it i came to ask for a closer look into it plz (its v slow) <2nd edit> now my other PC, which was originally infected just kicked up a trojan horse in the system restore while i was away for an hour running no scans, wth?? please leave the thread open longer for 24hrs as i dont always have a stable net.
