Hi, After sorting out virus problem I installed windows updates but found I did not have any sound. I went into sounds and audio in control panel, clicked on desktop settings. they appeared to be OK. Clicked advance but he message came up 'Error. Direct Sound Settings not available'. Can you help get my sound back. Thanks
