The link to the image isn't working for me.
Did you add the O15 - Trusted Zone: items to your trusted zones?
How's it running now?

Oops. Sorry, I didn't notice that there was a page 2 to the thread.
It looks like ImagePile is having some intermittent issues. It wasn't giving me an image, then a little bit later it was working fine.
I just noticed that I can upload images and I'll try to do so with those that weren't working for you. Should I edit the older post or put them in a new post?

I probably put in all of the ones that are already listed. That was necessary to make the websites listed there run correctly in Internet Explorer. I recognize most of them, though there are a couple I don't remember.
I don't remember this one:
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.accessmylibrary.com
I think these were from when I had attended net meetings with a couple of companies:
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.GotoAssist.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: www1.gotomeeting.com
I don't remember this one at all:
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.integritydrive.com
I Googled it and the first link came back to this thread.
I probably ought to delete it from the trusted zone.
How's it running now?
It seems to be running OK. I reenabled Spyware Doctor and ran a system scan and it came up with 21 infections, but it looks like it might be entries from "ComboFix"
Here are two screenshots showing the Spyware Doctor popup. There are two, because I highlighted each threat level separately and Spyware Doctor gives a little info on the right hand side of the popup with regards to the highlighted threat levels.

This should get rid of the bad guys combofix killed.
Only run one Anti-Virus and Firewall program.
I would also suggest you read this:
So how did I get infected in the first place?

This should get rid of the bad guys combofix killed.

- Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

Here's my usual all clean post
Log looks good
You need to create a new Clean restore point.
Note: This will remove all previous Restore Points
Click Start Menu > Run > copy and paste
%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe
Press OK. Choose Create a Restore Point then click Next. Name it (something you'll remember) and click Create, when the confirmation screen shows the restore point has been created click Close.
Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Check "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, Uncheck "Show hidden files and folders."
Check "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.
- Make your Internet Explorer more secure - This can be done by following these simple instructions:
- From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
- Click once on the Security tab
- Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
- Click once on the Custom Level button.
- Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
- Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
- Change the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
- Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
- Change the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME to Prompt
- Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
- When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
- If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
- Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.
- Update your AntiVirus Software - It is imperative that you update your Antivirus software at least once a week
(Even more if you wish). If you do not update your antivirus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.
- Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer.
Without a firewall your computer is succeptible to being hacked and taken over.
I am very serious about this and see it happen almost every day with my clients.
Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.
For a tutorial on Firewalls and a listing of some available ones see the link below:
Note: I no longer suggest Zone Alarm
Understanding and Using Firewalls
- Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly.
This will ensure your computer has always the latest security updates available installed on your computer.
If there are new updates to install, install them immediately, reboot your computer, and revisit the site
until there are no more critical updates.
- Consider Winpatrol
- Update all these programs regularly - Make sure you update all the programs I have listed regularly.
Without regular updates you WILL NOT be protected when new malicious programs are released.
Only run one Anti-Virus and Firewall program.

Great.! So there were some bad guys in there?

Uh oh. I forgot to shut down Spyware Doctor before doing that and a box popped up saying that some file could not be accessed. Almost immediately a Spyware Doctor popup stated that it had blocked some malicious software.
I shut down Spyware Doctor and hit the "cancel" button for the ComboFix pop up, but it apparently continued on and said that ComboFix was now uninstalled.
I figured that probably meant it left at least one file behind so I tried the above procedure again, but it said Windows couldn't find Combofix.
Should I perhaps reinstall Combofix & then uninstall it again?
Sorry about that.

I had been doing some browsing "naked" as it were without the Spyware Doctor & anti-virus program active, so I ran a scan after I reinstalled it again but before I did a new restore point.
It looks like the same "infections" are probably still there, unless I got new ones from the browsing or it was a residual that wasn't cleaned up because Spyware Doctor wouldn't let ComboFix access whatever files it needed.

Do you think I should I go ahead and let Spyware do the fix it wants to do and then do a clean restore point?
Thanks.

Let it fix it.
ccf_jeff
Let it fix it.
OK, I did.
Check "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, Uncheck "Show hidden files and folders."
Check "Hide protected operating system files."
This was already set this way.
I know I had changed each of those earlier.
Could ComboFix have changed them back when it was done?
That is a little concerning. Some program had changed those back to the original settings on me.

Thanks for all the help. Even checking in on the Fourth of July!
Hope it's a great on for you.

Possible. Main thing is to have them hidden so no system files get deleted.Could ComboFix have changed them back when it was done?
You're more then welcome.
Glad we were able to help
Peace be with you
