how do I stop Internet Explorer 7 from asking before a window automatically closes?

I'm on a site alot where the site will automaically close windows, all of a sudden once I updated to Explorer 7 i now get a prompt

"This webpage you are viewing is trying to close the window

Do you want to close this window?"

how do i stop Explorer from asking? It's really annoying now i have to click "yes" every single time before i can move on.
