no reboot after fixwareout restart

after installing and running fixwareout i rebooted machine. no restart to windows. manully restarted twice to no avail. systems is sitting at a blinking cursor upper left hand corner for 25-30 minutes now. Running XPPro SP2, intel mainboard, intel dual core CPU, 4 gig ddr2ram see post in browsers for original problem of browser redirect. thanks ps this is different machine im on now.. obviously

never mind! i had to finally power down from the power supply and it rebooted and ran post check. wow thought i was a goner!!!
