Okay, so I have this very frustrating problem with my computer and I have done everything I can think of to get it fix, and nothing has seemed to work, yet I did some searches on google and other people seem to have the same problem.

What happens is, certain sites, mainly a site called neopets and facebook won't load at certain times. They almost never load when I get on the computer in the morning after nobody has been on it for a while, and then they won't load at other various times throughout the day either. However, all the other websites I viisit load just fine. I can kind of get the sites to load if I am not logged in, but as soon as I try to log in it's a blank page in Firefox and like an error type page in IE.

I have AVG pro for my virus scanner, and it finds nothing, I have ran both Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy and the only thing they might find now are just tracking cookies, which I stil do delete. I have deleted my temp. internet files for IE, cleared up my Cache's, and even deleted all of my cookies just to give it a fresh start. Once I did that it did seem like it helped because the sites were loading for about 2 days. Then it went back to just how it was before. This has been happing for the last few weeks, but I never had a problem with it before so something has to be causing it!

Here is my hijack log in case it helps! Thanks a lot!!

Hello and Welcome to the forums!

My name is Gringo and I'll be glad to help you with your computer problems. HijackThis logs can take some time to research, so please be patient with me. I know that you need your computer working as quickly as possible, and I will work hard to help see that it happens.

Please do not run any other tool untill instructed to do so!
Please reply to this thread, do not start another!
Please tell me about any problems that have occurred during the fix.
Please tell me of any other symptoms you may be having as these can help also.
Please try as much as possible not to run anything while executing a fix.

Sorry about the delay in responding :( The forums have been very busy

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please make an uninstall list and post that as well

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

1. Start HijackThis
2. Click on the Config button
3. Click on the Misc Tools button
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
5. Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here in your next reply.

Thank you for your response! But actually, I think I have figured out what my computer is doing and am able to get the pages to load again! I think it is holding bad DNS caching on certain sites that have lots of users (aka..neopets/facebook). Since they expire on their own, that's why I can sometimes get the sites to load. But all I had to do was run ipconfig /flushdns and it deletes them, making me able to access the sites again. This has worked everytime my pages load blank, so I'm pretty sure that's the problem! But, thanks again for your reply!
