Hi Josh and welcome to the WTT forums
I see you have posted an HJT log in the malware removal forums and although the experts over there are pretty busy, please be assured they will get to you as soon as they can.
They will analyse your log, identify the undesirable elements that are present on your machine and work out the steps necessary to get your machine clean again and free from infection. This will take a little while, so if you can, please try to be patient (although I know this can be tough, when you know your machine is infected.)
