can anyone help me in choosing an antivirus program and an internet security system because my computer always gets viruses and needs to be reformatted…. please give me an advice or something useful…. Thank you!!!

Hi and Welcome to the forum,

I have used AVG free basic for years. It has never let me down.

Only one virus program on your computer is wise as more than one conflict.

I run CCleaner and Cleanup 4.5.2 to keep the spyware nasties away.

All the above links/downloads and installations are free and if you keep the definitions up to date you should have no trouble with nasties of any kind.

Others will come by with different recommendations for you I am sure, but the final selection is of course up to you.
