Hello Jimski and welcome to WTT,
In the image you uploaded, the error message is dealing with a "service.bat" file. Are you familiar with this file? If so, could you please zip and upload it (or just upload its source by right-clicking it, choosing Edit, Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy, Ctrl-V to paste here) so that we can take a look at it?
