hi I ran the diagnose connection problems and it told me that it successfully reconnected me to the internet…..but according to my wireless connection, I was never disconnected. Hiya It just disconnected me again, but this time the diagnostic thing didnt work…..it couldnt connect me again to the internet. Even though I was still connected according to my wireless signal!!!
