Hello, I have put the sledge hammer down.... I have dell xps 400 and I keep getting the (offline) pop-ups telling me that my 90 day intro copy of "whatever" software has expired; and urges me to buy the full copy at the "whatever" website. I want these to stop popping up. I have included the hijack this file and my dxdiag; I appreciate any help. thank you, Adam a_earls@cox.net

Howdy coolcip, Welcome to WTT. I won't have time to download and review attachments but we can surely take a look here at what all is loaded there, then see what changes might need to be made. Why not run a new HijackThis scan and then post that entire log here for review.

please help me with these pop-ups; mostly telling me that my 90 day free trial of something has expired and that I should buy something else. recently (and every 15 seconds) a new windows system error saying that i have a network ip address problem with another system, but when I check the network connections no problem is there. I appreciate any help; here is the highjack log is attached
