The ribbon toolbar of 2007 takes some getting used to (especially for power users), but I think it's the best Office upgrade in ages. I remember reading something in the neighborhood of 90% of all feature suggestions for Office we already included in the applications. People just couldn't find them! An interface update was long overdue.
