I was about to reinstall windows on my PC, because i had tried Linux and wanted to go back to XP. So i was at the screen where you go to install Windows XP and i saw a partition had been created underneath my C drive. So i deleted it, then formatted my hard-drive then installed XP. So now after installing XP i can't seem to do certain features e.g I cant type in: mspaint or mspaint.exe in the 'Run' command. , it just wont work. Plus i cant get into 'Advanced Sound Controls' in the control Panel. I sense this is quite bad.. Any suggestions many thanks
Use Control Panel - Add/Remove - Add/Remove Windows Components — to install Paint, and anything else you may want to have added. _______- As to the 'Advanced Sound Controls' in the control Panel" Have you reinstalled your Chipset Drivers??? Have your reinstalled DirectX 9.0c???
