When trying to install (jump drives, cell phones , card readers,etc) never finds drivers always says can not complete installtion. not sure what to do

Hi Tazman :wavey: What Operating system are you using? e,g Windows 98, XP etc. If you cannot install a mass storage device on Windows XP i'll be surprised, but if you go to the manufacturers website, there will be XP Drivers which make make your product work on your Operating system. 'Bob

I am Using XP home addition I have tried going to sandisk and downloading drivers but doesn't help. It has found my cell phones before but now it says can't find them
