Something is not letting me access my Internet Options with Internet Explorer.
Below is what happens when I try to click on the options:

Retrictions
This operation has been cancelled due to retrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I can go into the control panel & access the Internet Options.
What has coused this to happen & how can I fix this problem…

If you have SpybotSD, you probably did this yourself. Click the Immunize button, then scroll down in the window and uncheck the "Lock.." options.

If you don't have Spybot SD, then you need to do this.
Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip
Unzip it to a convenient folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

I did try the unlock buttons from SpybotSD & that did not work.

Okay, the SpybotSD unlock options DID do the trick. I had to close the IE & when I open the new one, it was fixed… Thank for the advice. P.S. Did my highjack log look okay?

Tick the boxes next to all these, then close all browser and explorer windows, and tell HijackThis to "Fix checked". Then Reboot.

Minor spyware

These were locking your IE options

Other than that your log looks clean.
