I cannot see anywhere on this board what restrictions are in place regarding the sending of PM's , can someone link me to it please?

I haven't seen a posting about PM restrictions, but from experience a Member will not have PM activated until they have made a total of 10 posts or replies. Since you currently have 8, your "New Messages - Inbox - Compose" will not be functional until you've posted/replied 2 more times. Best Regards
