I want to thank everyone in advance for any assistance you give me on this matter,, besides what is posted below all of my school work is on that system

I am at my wits end and posted this on our guild website theamazonbasin
also I ran hijackthis and will include the log
my dxdiag all checks out
It all started off with ultimatecleaner 2007, malware on my system,,, spybot didn't get it neither did some spyware removal programs like XoftspyXE,, it is annoying and is bogging down my system so I talked to the people at panda software and bought an activescanpro license for 6 months,, well this didn't work
So I called panda again and told them it didnt work, so the very nice man on the phone tells me to try the Panda antivrus 2007 and if it works they will upgrade me to that at no extra charge also if I wasnt happy with this product they will refund me
I download the antivirus program and boom, all of the sudden my computer will not boot up,, it gets stuck either at the blue welcome screen or half of my desktop icons will load then it stops,,, mostly it gets stuck at the welcome screen,,, so at this point the only way I can get my computer to boot up is in safe mode and luckily I had a system restore point to roll back to, but the systems is acting really, really weird, slow and somewhat unpredictable,, grr as I am writing this the system errors found message from my toolbar that is the ultimatecleaner 2007 just pops up, I click on the yellow icon because it is the only way to get rid of it and a box pops up with all the spyware etc it says it found on my system, when I go to close it out another box comes up asking me to either contiune the free scan, remind about it later, or just cancel installation & quit the program
so now I am close to a panic, all of my school work is on the computer, this is my senior year at college, even though I will be there another year, my super senior year (changed my major)
then this is where it gets really annoying, so I am sitting here, this systemcleaner 2007 is still on my system randomly poping up trying to bait me into purchasing their product and my guild wars program does not work.
When I launch the game the update/loading/decompressing gw screen shows then screen goes black then pop there is the gw.exe error message about system crash,, this happens 4 times in a row so I call the guys at ncplaysoft,, they are very nice and are trying to help,, I did the start--run--gw.exe and changed the path to "c\programfiles\guildwars\gw.exe" -noshaders and also to the gw.exe" -image,, downloaded the client and it still does the same thing, oh yeah and I also updated my vid card driver like the tech at nc told me, and still no gw
so Hayden at playsoft had me run the hijackthis program along with the dxdiag but they are now closed for the weekend etc,,, these people are very nice and helpful we just ran out of time,
I have read the new members guidlines, also put the hijackthis program in its own folder
this is the hijackthis log
