I just got done writting my whole story here….and lost it….sheesh

Brand New PC (My 70 yr old Parents new pc…grin)….first installed Juno internet…would not work…..then Aol installed but had problems connecting…so finally my parents broke down and got Cable internet. YIPPEE…..been trying to get them to switch even with their old PC …….Oh No… PROBLEMS!!!!

Aol was unistalled before cable internet came….however aol locked on homepage…Constant problems connecting to cable …had to "refresh cable box" all the time …for about a week…finally cable Co. had them remove splitter and go direct….still problems,..then I brought over one of my old computers (win98) and there were no problems at all. they have had it 2 weeks..no problems.

I finally took their new one home to figure out what is the problem with it…I have 9 computers connected to cable internet (6 grandkiddies…games games games…giggle).

Well this NEW computer was nothing but trouble to connect online …finally it connected and then loaded pages slow….did not load the whole page….etc.
