Hello again! Sorry to be such a nuisance but I recently put the firewall up on my desktop. I didn't think there was any problems with it but now I've noticed that I can no longer access my desktop's share folder from my laptop. Before I had the firewall the share was fine, but now with the firewall it denies access to the folder. Is there a way I can add my laptop's IP address to a trusted list or something?
Howdy there, you need to create a trusted zone to allow the traffic through, I do not have ZA installed here now so Im going off settings from the top of my head !

Double click Zonealarm in the task bar to open it up, Select the firewall option from the left hand side menu, then from the top click Zones.. then select the option from the bottom add >> ip address to put in a single addy or add >> iprange to put in an address range (ie 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.10)

Hope this helps
