I have deleted the normal.dot template from Word, but when I re-launch the program, it automatically creates a new, corrupted, template. What I mean by corrupted is that when I click on a "new" document, it opens a "visually" off-sized page (meaning, it doesnt look like a normal 8.5 x 11 page) and the text starting point is at the top of the page. If you look at the "Page Setup" screen, everything looks normal (margins are ok, etc) Got any ideas? Kevin
